1. Digital Delivery

All crochet patterns sold as digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.

After successful payment, the download is normally made available through the order-confirmation page, your customer account where applicable, and/or an order email containing download access.

2. When to Expect Your Download

Digital access is typically provided shortly after payment is confirmed. In some cases, payment verification, email delivery delays or technical issues may cause a short delay.

3. If You Cannot Access Your File

Before contacting support, please check your spam or junk folder, confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct, and review your account/order page if you created an account.

If the file still cannot be accessed, email contact@crochettutorial.support with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working copy of the purchased file.

4. Refunds for Digital Products

Because our products are downloadable digital files that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may consider a refund or replacement where there is a genuine issue such as:

8. Download Responsibility
